Aina Carreras Nadal was born in Palma de Mallorca and she trained as a teacher in the Balearic Islands. She has been teaching at primary and secondary level from 1975 to 1989 and for the past twenty years she worked as a foreign languages adviser at Palma Teachers’ Centre. She has been involved in educational consulting and training. She has also run many International courses and participated and collaborated in European projects. She recently retired after spending forty-one years in the Education sector.
